History

ALMOST TWO CENTURYOF QUALITY, PRODUCT INNOVATION AND CUSTOMER CARE.

The incomparable technical experience of 150 years of business is part of our present. Righi’s activities in the metallurgic field sinks in deep origins and currently continues evolving and keeping up with the times. Reconstructing the history of the family it can be said that it is the only one to have kept, in direct line, for a century and half the activity in the metallurgic field. 

1850 

Righi was born in Prerro in a old mill, closed to a river: water has just been the motive power of the machinaries.

1920

The company expands its production plant in Armeno:  a small hydroelectric plant largely powers the factory.

1950-1960

Righi expands new export markets becoming partner of the leading European manufacturers for the development and the production of high precision fittings.

1970

Righi further expands its production plant. Export rate grows up to 75%.

2000

Under the leadership of Eng. Michela Righi, the company invests in a new additional production plant and in a new technological chrome department which will enable the company to face up to the new challenges opened into the next decade by the new strict normative about chrome process and new raw materials.

2011

Righi celebrates 100 years as member of the Chamber of Commerce of Novara.

2012

The company invests to face up the future: new machineries enlarge the stainless steal production capacity. 

2015 - TODAY

Our new logistic unit, coming into operation since mid of 2015, is located on the country road Via Due Riviere 32/34 and does represent a strategic reaction to the stringent logistic market needs, thus resulting in a continuous improvement of the service to our customers.
